# How To Add Bulk Of Contacts In Tag
1. Login to your account via .
2. Click **AI Support Chat.**
3. Click **Contacts > Manage Tags** on the sidebar.
4. Click any tagging that you want to add contact in it.
5. Click **+Add New** button on the right top.
6. Click **Import with CSV** button.
7. Step 1: You may download sample CSV file.\

Step 2: Upload your **CSV file** and set the **selected country.**\

Step 3: Click **Add New** button.
8. Ensure that your **CSV** follows the format described below. You MUST fill out every column. In some cases, you must enter a "dummy email" if your customer does not have one.
**MAKE SURE TO CHANGE PHONE NUMBER FORMAT FROM GENERAL TO NUMBER**
1. Highlight column C together with the header C.
2. Click on the General as shown in the picture above and select Number to change the format.
3. Click twice on the section as shown in the picture above.
4. After you have successfuly changed the format, the right format of phone number as shown in the picture above.
5. CSV files that have been uploaded are shown its status as **Pending** in the **Imported Files.**
10. Bulk of contacts are successfully uploaded in tag.
