How To Add Tags

Login to your account via https://chat.kuasa.io/.
Click Ai Support Chat.
Click Contacts > Manage Tags on the sidebar.
Click +Add Tags button on the right top.
Step 1: Add Tags Name in the textbox provided and you may assign PIC (Person In Charge) Step 2: Click Add New button to complete the process.
Congratulations! You have successfully added tagging to your account. You may add customers' contacts in the new created tag by clicking +Add New button from the top right.
