WhatsApp Settings

  1. Login to your account via https://chat.kuasa.io/.

  2. Click AI Support Chat.

  1. Click Omnichannel on the sidebar.

  1. Click WhatsApp Settings to link your Kuasa Ai Support Chat with WhatsApp Manager (Meta).

  1. Fill in WhatsApp Settings form as shown in the picture below with:

  • Access Token

  • Business Account ID

  • Number ID

  • Phone Number
