WA Warmer

Steps to Start Device Warmer

(This function is only available for Pro & Business Plan)

If you use a new number for the broadcast, you must warm up your Whatsapp number before sending the broadcast. With Kuasa, you can warm up your Whatsapp number automatically by using WA Warmer.

Before you start the warmer:

  • Ensure at least 2 devices are added.

  • Scan both of your devices.

  1. Open Kuasa Campaigns.

  2. Click WA Warmer (on the left side).

  1. Click + New Warmer.

  1. Click + Add WhatsApp Device.

  1. Choose your device, then click the Add New button.

  1. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add another WhatsApp number.

  2. Ensure both devices show Connected status.

  3. Fill in all the required details:

    • Set Name of Warmer: (session name for reference)

    • Set Duration of Warmer: (recommended 15 days)

    • Set Conversation Message: (you can use the default or edit it based on your preference)

  4. Click the Submit button.

  1. You can view all the warmer sessions. Click the pencil icon to edit the session.

  1. You can check the estimated completion time and pause the warmer session if needed.
