Steps to update your profile picture for WhatsApp Official

  1. Open a new tab and go to this link: https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/phone-numbers/

  2. Click Settings in the Phone number row (on the right side).

  1. Under Settings, click on Profile.

  1. Under Profile photo, click on Choose File.

  1. You can also update other details (Description, Contact information).

  1. Click the Save button (on the top right).

  1. Well done! You already updated your Whatsapp Official Profile. Your WhatsApp profile will look like this from the customer side.
