Broadcast Project & Staging

How to send broadcast for specific project or staging

Before you start sending broadcast for project & staging, please ensure that you have access to the Kuasa Campaign and have already set the broadcast settings.

1. Open the Kuasa CRM Pipeline.

2. Click on the related project.

1. For project broadcast (broadcast to all databases in the project), click the three dots beside the Add Contact button (on the right side). Then, click the Send Broadcast button.

1. For staging broadcast (broadcast to all databases in specific staging), click the three dots beside the related staging name. Then, click the Send Broadcast button.

1. After you click the Send Broadcast button, Enter the new tag name, then click the Yes, confirm broadcast button.

1. Your page will be redirected to the Kuasa Campaign to proceed with the broadcast step.
