How To Connect Your WhatsApp to Kuasa Marketing Automation

1. Login to your account via https://marketing-automation.kuasa.io/.

2. Click Marketing Automation

3. Click Settings.

1. Click Channel Setup (if in Campaigns, click Whatsapp Integration).

1. Open Whatsapp Kuasa and then, click + New Device.

1. Fill in the Remark on device, then click Add Now button to proceed.

1. Click Scan QR to scan the QR code of your WhatsApp. To remove the device, click Delete button.

1. Open WhatsApp on your phone and go to Settings > Linked Devices > Link a Device. Scan the displayed QR code.

1. After completing the scan, you can check the device status in your account. Click Channel Setup > Whatsapp Kuasa again. If your device status shows Connected, you may proceed on to the following step, create an automation!

1. Congratulations! The Kuasa Marketing Automation and your WhatsApp are now connected.
