Adding Properties helps organize and track important details of your leads and customers. You may filter your customers based on their properties.

Login to your account via https://crm-pipeline.kuasa.io/.
Click CRM Pipeline.
Click Manage Contact > View Profile.
Click + Add Properties button as shown in the picture below.
Fill in the Properties Title and Description (optional), then click the Add New button to proceed with the process.
