How To Add Properties For Specific Contact

Adding Properties helps organize and track important details of your leads and customers. You may filter your customers based on their properties.

  1. Login to your account via https://crm-pipeline.kuasa.io/.

  2. Click CRM Pipeline.

  1. Click Manage Contact > View Profile.

  2. Click + Add Properties button as shown in the picture below.

  1. Fill in the Properties Title and Description (optional), then click the Add New button to proceed with the process.
