Get Started
This guide will help you send and receive your first message using Cloud API. You will also learn how to configure Webhooks for use with a sample app.
Before You Start
To connect your WhatsApp to Kuasa, you will need to provide 3 details. 1. WhatsApp Business ID 2. Phone Number ID 3. Access Token After you gather all the details, you will need to fill in all the required information in the Kuasa system (refer to the image below) or click this link to go to the 'WhatsApp Setup' https://blast.kuasa.io/whatsapp-integration.php
To get started, you need to register a Developer & Business App account with the META Platform.
A Meta developer account — If you don’t have one, you can create a Meta developer account here.
A business app — If you don't have one, you can learn to create a business app here. If you don't see an option to create a business app, select Other > Next > Business.
Step 1: Create your first apps! Click this link to create developer account. https://developers.facebook.com/apps/creation/
Next page tick 'Business' and click button 'next'
Fill in all the fields with the necessary values and then click the 'Create App' button.
The next step is to link/connect your phone number with WhatsApp Official
Click on 'WhatsApp' setup
To connect your need to create 'Meta Business Account'
Then click button 'Start Using The API'.
Click the 'Add Phone Number' button to link your phone number to the Meta WhatsApp API!
Please fill out all the required details in the form.
After completing everything, please copy the 'Phone Number ID' and 'WhatsApp Business ID', and then paste them into Kuasa.
Almost Done! Now go to App Setting section -> Basic. Copy Privacy Policy URL and Terms of Service URL to your account. Privacy Policy Url: https://kuasa.io/privacy-of-policy/ Terms of Service URL: https://kuasa.io/terms-of-service/
Finally, switch App Mode from Development to Live to initiate.
