How to Add Tags to A Single Contact

Please make sure you have completed Tagging before beginning to add Tagging to your contact. To learn how to generate tags, please visit Tutorial How to Add Tags. Please proceed with the steps from step 1 to step 7 shown below after you have finished tagging.

  1. Login to your account via https://crm.kuasa.io/.

  2. Click Manage Contact.

  1. Select the contact you want to add tagging by clicking View Profile.

  1. Click Go To CRM Profile. For the management of your client information, you need to go directly to Kuasa CRM. To go previous section, click or skip this.

  1. Click Add a tag after logging into the Kuasa CRM system.

  1. Fill in the tagging you want for the customer you have selected. Ensure that the tagging you wish to insert has already been generated as a tag. The tutorial to add tagging is in Tutorial How to Add Tags.

  1. Congratulations! Tagging has been successfully applied to your contact. If the contact has many tags, you can repeat the action.
