How to Redeem Point Your Customer
Login to your account via https://reward.kuasa.io/.
You will be directed to the dashboard.
Click Reward Point.
You will be directed to the Reward Point Dashboard.
On the left sidebar, Click on Reward. Then, choose Manage Reward.
You will see the display as shown below. Click the copy link to generate the Add Point.
You will see the display as shown below. Click Redeem Point.
You need to enter the Phone Number that you want to give to your customer. Next, click Search Phone.
You will see the display below if your customer already registered to get the point.
You need to fill in the Point to Redeem and Customer's Phone Number to your customer redeem points. Then, click Redeem Point.
Congratulation! You have successfully Redeemed points for your customer.
Your customer will get a message informing them that the point has been added.
Bonus
If your customer's Phone Number is not registered to the reward point, it will see this message.
You may ask your customer to scan the QR Code to register for the Reward Points.
