How to Update Tracking Number to Customer
Login to your account via https://sales.kuasa.io/.
Click Orders.
To begin modifying the order details, click the order number.
Click Update Order.
Click Edit Information.
Go to the Delivery And Tracking section. Fill in the required information, mark in the Tick to send tracking sms to customers section. Then, click Update & Save.
The customer will receive an SMS like the picture below.
