How to Add Point to Your Customer

  1. Login to your account via https://reward.kuasa.io/.

  2. You will be directed to the dashboard.

  3. Click Reward Point.

  1. You will be directed to the Reward Point Dashboard.

  1. On the left sidebar, Click on Reward. Then, choose Manage Reward.

  1. You will see the display as shown below. Click the copy link to generate the Add Point.

  1. You will see the display as shown below. Click Add Point.

  1. You enter the Point and Phone Number that you want to give to your customer. Next, click Add Point.

  1. Congratulation! You have successfully Added Points for your customer.

  1. Your customer will get a message informing them that the point has been added.
