# Reset Password

If you are an existing Kuasa user, you can follow the steps we have provided to obtain a new password. \
\
1\. Click on the link to go to the Reset Password page as shown here:[ ](https://crm.kuasa.io/forgot-password.php)<https://crm.kuasa.io/forgot-password.php>.\
\
2\. Enter your email and click on Reset My Password.

3. Go to your email inbox and open the email from Kuasa. You will receive a new password to log in to the Kuasa system. Click on LOGIN ACCOUNT to proceed with your password reset step.

4. You will be taken to the login page. Enter your email and the new password you received. Click on Login Account.

5. Congratulations! You have successfully reset your password. For security purposes, you can change your password by following the tutorial for password change provided below.
