How to Create First Optin Form

Before creating your first Optin Form, please ensure that you have already created a specific tag for that Optin Form. Click the link below for a comprehensive tutorial on how to create tags.

  1. Log in to your account through https://sales.kuasa.io

  2. Click on Lead Generation.

  1. Click on Collect Your Database.

  1. Enter the name of your order form and click on Create Page.

  1. Click on Select.

  1. Make sure your Heading and Sub Header are correct, then scroll down to insert the image poster.

  1. Insert the image poster. Ensure that the image is within the size of 800kb and below, in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format.

  1. Enter the body text and form heading.

  1. Complete the details of the optin form.

  1. Please setup Action After Submit, which is where you can select the tagging you did in the previous step, custom domain, and edit copywriting for the thank you page.

  2. Click on "Update & Publish" to publish your optin form.

  1. Please set up the Action After Submit, where you can select the tag you created in the initial steps, a custom domain, and edit the copywriting for the thank you page.

IMPORTANT: To make data storage easier, you must pick the appropriate tagging. All of the information can be found once more in the chosen tagging section after the consumer has provided their information. As shown in the picture below, all data will be kept in a tag called Testing Database.

  1. Click Advance Settings to edit other settings. If there is no change anywhere, please go to the next step.

  1. Click Update & Publish to publish your optin form.

  1. You can find your optin form link at the top of the optin form. Or, you can go to the next step.

  1. You need to go to the listing page after publishing. The link to the opt-in form can be copied and shared on social media. The order form can also be updated by clicking Edit.

  1. Congratulations! You have successfully setup your first optin form. The optin form below is an example of an optin form that is ready to receive a response.

To see the filled data again, you need to go to Contact > Manage Tags > Click on the Tag you have selected and set during step 11.
