Schedule Reporting To Telegram Group

1. Login to your account via https://orders-management.kuasa.io/.

2. Click Orders Management.

1. Click the settings section on the left sidebar.

1. Scroll down until found Channel Setup, then click it.

1. Click Telegram Reporting.

1. Fill in all the required details, change the Status to "Active", set the time, and then click Save Changes.

1. Complete your details in the box. Please follow the steps below to obtain the Telegram API and Telegram Group ID.

Telegram Setup

To use Telegram reporting in power, you need these 3 things.

• Step 1: Telegram bot & Telegram API access token

• Step 2: Telegram Group ID

Step 1: Add Telegram Bot.

1. Open the Telegram application, then search @BotFather

2. Start a conversation with @BotFather

3. Send a message /newbot to @BotFather. like the picture below.

1. Then answer as in the following example.

1. Congratulations, your Telegram BOT API has been successfully added.

Step 2: Get Group Chat ID

1. Create a new telegram group and then invite the Telegram BOT user you added a moment ago into the group you want the system to send reporting notifications to.

1. Copy and open the link from this telegram, make sure you change <API-access-token> to your API. (Refer to the picture below to get your API Access token)

copy id in the chat then enter it in the box below.

The final step is to enter the Telegram API Key in the settings.
