# Connector using Zapier

<mark style="color:blue;">**Register Zapier Account**</mark>

1. Open [**zapier.com**](https://zapier.com/) in a new tab.
2. Click **Sign up with Google**.

3. Choose your preferred email.

4. Click the **Continue** button.

5. It will appear like this. Proceed to answer or skip the questions.

6. After completion, it will redirect to the homepage.

7. Move the cursor to the '**+'** symbol (top left) until **+ Create** appears, then click it.

8. Choose **Zaps**.

9. Click the **Trigger** button.

10. &#x20;Select **Webhooks by Zapier**.

11. Choose **Catch Hook** at the **Choose an event**.

12. Click the **Continue** button, and click **Continue** again.

13. Copy the URL and paste it into the form settings under webhook.

14. Open the form, fill it out, and submit it to trigger the hook.

15. After submitting your form, go to Zapier and click the **Test trigger** button.

16. Zapier will capture all the details submitted in the form.
17. Click **Continue with selected record**.

18. Choose **Webhooks by Zapier**.

19. Choose **POST** at the **Choose an event** and then click **Continue**.

20. &#x20;Under URL, paste the link copied from Kuasa CRM Pipeline or Kuasa Marketing Automation.

21. Under Payload Type, choose **json**.

22. &#x20;Under Data, type **firstName** in the first box and choose **Fields First Name Value** in the <mark style="color:blue;">Enter text or insert data</mark> part (second box).

23. &#x20;Click the '**+**' symbol to add the second item.

24. &#x20;Again, under Data, you need to repeat steps 22 & 23 using other details as below:

* Type **lastName** and choose **Fields Last Name Value** in the <mark style="color:blue;">Enter text or insert data</mark> part.
* Type **email\_contact** and choose **Fields Email Contact Value** in the <mark style="color:blue;">Enter text or insert data</mark> part.
* Type **contact** and choose **Fields Contact Value** in the <mark style="color:blue;">Enter text or insert data</mark> part.

25. &#x20;It should look like this.

26. &#x20;Ensure **Wrap Request In Array** is set to **No** and **Unflatten** to **Yes**, then click the **Continue** button.

27. &#x20;Click the **Test step** button.

28. &#x20;After <mark style="color:blue;">**Webhook data received successfully**</mark> appears, you can check in Kuasa that the details you submitted previously have entered the CRM project or Marketing Automation. Then, click the **Publish** button.

**Well Done!** You already set up the webhook. You can try submitting the form again and check the details are entered into Kuasa system.
