# How To Redeem Point Your Customer
1. Login to your account via [**https://reward-points.kuasa.io/**](https://reward-points.kuasa.io/)**.**
2. Click **Reward Points.**
3. You will be directed to the dashboard.
4. Click **Manage Branch.**
5. You will see the display as shown below. Click the copy link to generate the **Add Point.**
6. You will see the display as shown below. Click **Redeem Point** button.
7. You need to enter your customer's **Phone Number** that you want to give points. Next, click **Search Phone** button.
8. You will see the display below if your customer already registered to get the point. Click **Continue** button to proceed.
9. You need to fill in the **Point to Redeem.** Then, click **Redeem Point** button.
10. Congratulation! You have successfully **Redeemed points** for your customer.
11. Your customer will get a message informing them that the point has been redeemed.
### Bonus
1. If your customer's Phone Number is not registered to the reward point, system will show this message.
2. You may ask your customer to scan the [**QR Code**](https://tutorials.kuasa.io/getting-started/kuasa-reward-points/reward/manage-branch/get-qr-code) to register for the Reward Points.
