How To Create Lead Booster form

Login to your account via https://crm-pipeline.kuasa.io/.
Click CRM Pipeline.
Click your project name.
TIPS : If you have multiple projects, you may search your project name as shown in the picture below.
Click Lead Booster.
You may select Field Type to add to your Lead Booster form.
Step 1 : Enter the Label and you may set the field as Required.
Step 2 : Click Add Column.
This step is the same for both the Number and Date field types. You need to enter the Label and may set the field as Required. Then, click Add Column.
Field Type: Textarea
Step 1 : Enter the Label and you may enter value for the rows.
Step 2 : You may set the field as Required and click Add Column.
Example: The outcome for Textarea with the value 5 rows and 10 rows is as shown in the picture below.
Field Type: Select
Step 1 : Enter the Label and enter the options..
Step 2 : You may set the field as Required and multiple option, then click Add Column.
Note: "An item per line, e.g value|text."
Only text will be seen on the Lead Booster form.

Field Type: Radio
Step 1 : Enter the Label and value for the options.
Step 2 : You may set the field as Required and click Add Column.
Note: "An item per line, e.g value|text."
Only text will be seen on the Lead Booster form.
Field Type: File
Step 1 : Enter the Label and value for the file extensions.
Step 2 : You may set the field as Required and click Add Column.
Note: You may allow multiple file extension types.
Field Type: Project Staging
Step 1 : You may enter pipeline staging and the value to be displayed.
Step 2 : You may set the field as Required and click Add Column.
You may share your Lead Booster form in a link or a QR code.
After your client has successfully filled in the Lead Booster form, they will be shown this page.
The submitted details will be in the pipeline.
Congratulations. You have successfully created your Lead Booster form.
